Deposits and Effects

If you decide to cancel your booking the deposit is non refundable but is transferable to another date. If the venue declines your effect such as sparks, fog or confetti this will not be reimbursed, please make sure the venue is aware of your plans before booking.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
What we need on the day
Power Supply
Please ensure access to standard power sockets close to the performance area. We'll confirm exact requirements for your setup ahead of the event.
Space Required
A clear, level area is needed for equipment and effects. Space needs vary by package, so we'll discuss your venue layout with you in advance.
PAT & Insurance
Documentation for our equipment and insurance can be provided to your venue on request. Just let us know what they need.
Access Times
We'll need access to the venue before guests arrive to set up and sound check. Please share your venue's access and curfew times when booking.
